Returns Policy

Warranty – All products (except Special Orders) are covered by our ‘No-Quibble’ money-back guarantee, if for any reason you are unhappy with what you receive, then simply inform us within 7 days. We can then discuss whether to exchange the item or, if necessary, offer you a credit note or refund you the cost of the item and the postage. Please note we do not pay return shipping costs. The item must be returned in the condition you received it for us to be able to refund you. ‘Special Orders’ do not qualify for a refund, but every effort will be made to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase, in the unlikely event that despite our best efforts, you are still not satisfied with your ‘Special Order’, we will at our discretion offer you a credit note. Please note the majority of our clothing is made to your specific order requirements (bespoke) and therefore qualifies as a ‘Special Order’ under our returns policy.

Remittance Terms

Thank you for ordering from 19th Century Tailoring. We hope that you are entirely satisfied with the items that you have ordered. If, however, you are not and this is not you must inform us within 7 days of receiving your order. We can then discuss whether to exchange the item or, if necessary, offer you a credit note or refund you the cost of the item and the postage. Please note we do not pay return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
